The correct option is D 800m/sec
We know rms, velocity (Vrms)=3RTM

since here (temperature) is same in both cases so,

Vrms=KM where K= constant =3RT

given Vrms of O2=200 m/s=K32 K=20032

and hence for H1;MH2=2 amu

VrmsH2=K2

=200322=20016=200×4

so Vrms of H2=800 m/s so (C) option is correct.
