When the reaction PCl5(g)PCl3(g)+Cl2(g) is reversed, the reaction PCl3(g)+Cl2(g)PCl5(g) is obtained.
Hence, the value of the equilibrium constant of the second reaction is the reciprocal of the value of the equilibrium constant of the first reaction,

i.e., K2=1K1
But K1=2.4×103
Substitute value in the above expression.
K2=12.4×1034.2×102.
