Vw=1^i+1^j
V=at
V=(0.2)10=2m/sec.
Vboat=2^i+2^j
Vw/boat=VwVboat
Vw/boat=(1^i+1^j)(2^i+2^j)=1^i1^j
So, the flag will flutter towards south-west.
