The correct option is B 100/101%
Let the pressure be denoted by 'p' if the pressure increased by 1% then

p1+p1100=p

P=101p1100

By Boyles law:

PV= constant

P1V1=PV

P1V1=101p1100×v

If we cancel p1 on both sides

V1=101100×V

V=100V1101

If pressure is increased by 1%, volume decreases by 100/101 of its initial volume.

Hence , option B is correct .
