$P\propto \frac{1}{V}$ (at constant temp)

D = $\frac{m}{v}\Rightarrow D\propto \frac{1}{V}$

$\Rightarrow P\propto D$

$\Rightarrow \frac{P_1}{D_1}=\frac{P_2}{D_2}$

Therefore, $D_2=\frac{P_2\times D_1}{P_1}$

Hence, we will take $P_1$=600 and $D_1$ = 42 $P_2$=700 and $D_2$ =?

$\Rightarrow D_2=\frac{700\times 42}{600}=49$.
