At room temperature, Mercury (Hg) is the metal. Also, Hydrogen (H) and Bromine (Br) are the nonmetals that exist in a liquid state at room temperature. Br is a diatomic molecule at room temperature. It is a dense, reddish-brown liquid evaporating at standard temperature and pressure and giving an orange vapour. It is one of the only two elements in the periodic table which are liquids at room temperature other than mercury.
