At the rate of Rs. 2 per sq m, cost of painting a rectangular floor is Rs 5760. If the length of the floor is 80% more than its breadth, then what is the length of the floor?

Let the breadth be $X$

Then length $=1.8X$

According to question,$1.8X\times X=\frac{5760}{2}$

On solving it we get $X=40$ and $1.8X=72$

So the length of floor is $72m$
