$\frac{P_{1}}{d_{1} T_{1}} = \frac{P_{2}}{d_{2} T_{2}}$ (Standard equation of governance)
Dirctly putting up the value,
$∴ \frac{70}{d_{1} \times (7 + 273)} = \frac{76}{d_{2} \times (27 + 273)}$
