We know that,

Inductive reactance is XL=2πfL
Capacitative reactance is XC=12πfC
At large frequencies inductor acts as open circuit (XL is very large ) and capacitor as short circuit (XC is very small )

Hence circuit can be reduced as


Here Resisatnce 1 Ω is in series with combination of two 2 Ω resistances in parallel.
Hence, Effective impedance is 1+2×22+2=2 Ω
