The correct option is C 7.75 m/s
The car on the curve will have a centripetal force directed towards the centre given by $\frac{m v^{2}}{R}$ AND friction holds the car from moving towards the centre.
Thus $μ m g = m v^{2} / R$ , solving we get, $v = \sqrt{μ R g} = \sqrt{0.24 \times 25 \times 10} = 7.75 m / s$
The correct option is (c)
