The correct option is B $273^{\circ} C$
According to Charles's law, $\frac{V_{1}}{V_{2}} = \frac{T_{1}}{T_{2}}$

$V_{2} = 2 V_{1}$

$T_{1} = 273 K$

substituting in the above equation we get,

$\frac{1}{2} = \frac{273}{T_{2}}$

$T_{2}$ =546 K

In celsius scale substract 273 from 546 so $T_{2} = 273^{\circ} C$

Hence, option (B) is correct.
