Boiling temperature of water ( in ℃)=100℃
∴ Boiling temperature of water (in ℉)=95×100+32
=212℉
when we supply heat energy to water, the internal energy of water increases till it changes its state. The heat energy required to change it state from liquid to vapor is called as the Latent heat of vaporization.
