Solution

The correct option is A I only
From the statement I,
we get length of the train is 200 meters which is not required.
From Statement II,
we come to know the time at which the train leaves city Y. This is must to know the time at which it will reach City X. (knowing the time taken to cover the journey from Y to X)
From Statement III,
we can find the speed of the train.
From I and II,
we can know the speed of Y and the time required to cover 558 km to reach X. So we will know the time at which the train will reach X city.
Hence Statement I is of no use and hence redundant.
