The atomic radii of Neon will be greater than that of the Fluorine. This is because in Neon the Van der Waals radius is present and in Fluorine the covalent radius is present.
Since, the Neon is noble gas and it contains Van der Waals radius which is larger than covalent radius the atomic radii of Fluorine and Chlorine will be 72pm and 160pm.
