If three well-known entertainers performed at a music festival, one on each day. The table above shows the number of people who attended each day of the festival. If the most popular performer's popularity rating id R, then that is the value of 10×R?
Note: Popularity is decided by number of attendees. Higher the number of attendees, higher the popularity.

The total number of attendees is 1280+1120+1600=4000.
The most popular person had 1600 attendees.
Hence, R=16004000=25=0.4
Therefore 10×R=10×(0.4)=4
