• It is called Bhuggi Bhaji.
• We need cabbage, potatoes, cauliflower and brinjal to make it.
• First of all, we have to boil all the vegetables in a pressure cooker. Then, put all the boiled vegetables in a pan. Pour a little amount of oil and keep stirring it for five minutes. You can then add green chillies and a pinch of salt according to your taste.
