Microorganisms, specifically bacteria, molds, and yeasts, cause food to to get spoilt.
When Avinash forgot to put the meat into the fridge, the microorganisms began working on the It broke down thedown fats on the meat. Further proteolytic bacteria broke down protein in the meat resulting in a foul odour. The molecular constituents of the meat after degeneration when compared to when it was fresh are vastly altered.This happened because of the extensive chemical reactions that took place inside the meat for the time it was left outside releasing a foul smell.
