Let the total income =100 Rs.
Spend on conveyance=30
$\frac{1}{4}$ of remaining spend on house rent
$Remaining=100-30=70$
Spend on house rent=$\frac{1}{4}\times 70\Rightarrow \frac{70}{4}$
If 30 Rs spend on conveyance than spend on house rent=$\frac{70}{4}$
If 300 Rs spend on conveyance than spend on house rent=$\frac{70}{4\times 30}\times 300=175$
