The correct option is C
ab = 6

ax + 2y = 30.................................(1)
3x + by = 15.................................(2)

Multiplying equation (2) by 2

6x +2by = 30........................(3)

Equating eqn (1) and (3)

ax +2y = 6x +2by
We cannot find the solution when a=6 and b=1, answer is option (c)
