$m^{2} + n^{2} + p^{2}$

Solution

Given, m = 1, n = -1 and p = 2
So, putting m = 1, n = -1 and p = 2 in the given expression, we get
$m^{2} + n^{2} + p^{2} = (1)^{2} + (- 1)^{2} + (2)^{2} = 1 + 1 + 4 = 6$
