What is the temperature difference between the hottest and the coldest places among the above?

Temperature at the coldest place, i.e., Lahulspiti = $-8^{\circ }C$
Temperature difference = ${22}^{\circ }C-(-8^{\circ }C)$ = ${30}^{\circ }C$
Therefore, the temperature difference between the hottest and the coldest places is ${30}^{\circ }C$.
