Given, VA=0.6m/s [to the right ]

This can be solved with help of constraints equation, As we can see, a string is attached with block A, and three string is folded with pulley which is attached with B.

e.g., xB=3xA

Now, differentiate with respect to x
VB=3VA

VB=0.6×3=1.8 m/s [ downward ]
