Two tens and nine-tenths

$\text{hundreds(100),}\text{tens(10),}\text{ones(1) and tenths}\left(\frac{1}{10}\right)$

$\text{2 tens and 9 tenths}=2\times 10+\frac{9}{10}=20+0.9=20.9$
