Given, total length of track covered by Bajinder = 4 km = 4000 m [ $∴$ 1 km = 1000 m ]

$∵$ Length of track covered in 10 rounds = 4000 m

$∴$ Length of track covered in 1 round = $\frac{4000}{10}$ = 400 m

Hence, the length of the track is 400 m.
