Amount of protein in food intake =12% of 2600=12100×2600=312

Similarly, a balanced diet contains 25% fats.

Amount of fats in food intake =25% of 2600=25100×2600=650

Similarly, a balanced diet contains 63% carbohydrates.

Amount of carbohydrates in food intake =63% of 2600=63100×2600=1638
