$\frac{Area\Delta 1}{Area\Delta 2}=\frac{\left(1/2\right)\times \left(9\right)\times \left(5\right)}{\left(1/2\right)\times \left(104\right)\times \left(6\right)}$

$=\frac{15}{208}$
