We know that, the base of a cylinder is a circle having area $\pi r^2$

$\therefore \pi r^2=20....\left(1\right)$

We also know that, the volume of a cylinder is $\pi r^{2}h$

$\therefore$ Volume of the given cylinder $=\pi r^2\times \left(10\right)[\because h=10]$

From $\left(1\right)$, we have $\pi r^2=20$

$\therefore$ Volume $=20\times 10=200c{m}^3$

Hence, the volume of the given cylinder is $200c{m}^3$.
