We mark three points A, B, and C on the line showing the relation between the number of buildings and the number of solar panels.

Ordered pair of point A =(2,40)
Ordered pair of point B =(4,80)
Ordered pair of point C =(6,120)

No. of buildings 2 4 6
No. of solar panels 40 80 120

For the second column, 40=20×2
For the third column, 80=40×2
For the fourth column, 120=60×2
The relation is, number of solar panels = Number of buildings ×20
The division equation is, number of buildings = Number of solar panels ÷20
So, the number of buildings if the number of solar panels used is 560=560÷20=28.
