$B_2{H}_6,H_{3}B{O}_3,B_2{O}_3$

The reactions given are,

$LiAl{H}_4+BC{l}_3\to B_2{H}_6+LiCl+AlC{l}_3$

Hence A is $B_2{H}_6$

Now, second reaction is,

$B_2{H}_6+H_{2}O\to H_{3}B{O}_3+H_2$

Hence B is $H_{3}B{O}_3$

On heating B i.e. $H_{3}B{O}_3$ we get $B_2{O}_3$
