Hard boxes and other articles can be made by using paper pulp in the following ways-

1. First, we can make a stencil by unfolding a small cardboard box and tracing them on another piece of cardboard, which is the same size as the mold. Now, cut the shape.
2. Place the stencil between mold and deckle.
3. Raise the mold, stencil, and deckle in one continuous motion to remove the pulp.
4. Remove the box from the stencil and allow it to dry.
5. Now, fold the box and tape it to assemble it.
6. The box is ready.
