Solution

Pancreatic juice
Pancreatic juice is a clear colourless liquid consisting of water, some salts, sodium bicarbonate and enzymes. The sodium bicarbonate gives pancreatic juice a slightly alkaline pH (7.1 to 8.2) that stops the action of pepsin (enzyme)from stomach. Pepsin is most effective in the acidic environment of stomach and becomes inactive in an alkaline environment.
Alkaline pH creates the proper environment for digestion in small intestine.
Bile
Bile is a yellow brownish or olive green liquid which has a pH of 7 to 8.6(alkaline).The alkaline pH of the bile helps the digestion in duodenum.
