Solution
The liver cells produce the bile juice. There are bile salts known as sodium taurocholate and glycocholate, which are responsible for the emulsification of the fats. The emulsified fats are broken down into smaller fat globules. These globules are broken down to form the glycerol and fatty acids by the enzyme lipase which is present in the intestinal juice. Thus, the bile juice helps in the process of digestion of fats.
