Stability is measured by B.E per nucleon,

For 1H2: Ebn=2.22=1.1 MeV

For 2He4: Ebn=28.44=7.1 MeV

For 26Fe56: Ebn=49256=8.8 MeV

For 92U235: Ebn=1786235=7.6 MeV

As we know that more stable nucleus has more binding energy per nucleon.

Thus, 26Fe56 is the most stable.
