The correct option is A 3
Total number of action figures =7
Number of action figures needed to make a whole group =2
To get the number of whole group Bob can make, we divide total number of action figures by the number of action figures needed to make a whole group.
We get, 7÷2

Quotient = 3
Remainder = 1 Now, Bob can’t make a whole group using the remaining 1 action figure.
Hence, We Just drop it.
Therefore, Bob can make 3 whole groups.
