Question
Bohr model of atom failed to explain which of the characteristic of hydrogen atom?

Solution
Dear student
The limitation of Bohr's model in terms of explaining characteristics of hydrogen atom was:
Bohr's atomic model did not predict the relative intensities of spectral lines.
The Bohr Model does not account for the fact that accelerating electrons do not emit electromagnetic radiation.
It was very limited in terms of size , Poor spectral prediction are obtained when larger atoms are considered.
The Bohr Model considers electrons to have both a known radius and orbit, which is impossible according to Heisenberg.
It does not explain the Zeeman Effect, when the spectral line is split into several components in the presence of a magnetic field,
