Total money peter has =$30
Price of one book =$7
To find how many books he can buy, divide the total money by price of one book.
We get, divide 30 by 7

Quotient = 4
Remainder = 2
Now, Peter can’t buy a book using the remaining $2
Hence, We Just drop it.
Therefore, Peter can buy 4 books.
