Both sickle cell anemia and huntington's disease are congenital disorders. Sickle cell anaemia is the X-linked trait in which one β chain of haemoglobin is different 6th amino acid of β chain is valine instead of glutamatic acid. Due to this patients haemoglobin level is reduced to half of the normal and person becomes anaemic.
Huntington's disease is also due to presence of repetitive motifs, which occurs due to repetition of few residues.
