$$\begin{gathered} q=it \\ \mathrm{Also},q=ne \\ \mathrm{So},ne=it \\ n=\frac{it}{e} \\ \left(\mathrm{a}\right)n=\frac{1\times 1}{1.6\times {10}^{-19}}=6.25\times {10}^{18} \\ \left(\mathrm{b}\right)n=\frac{1\times 1.6}{1.6\times {10}^{-19}}={10}^{19} \end{gathered}$$
