its given that if a ray of white light passes through a glass prism, vibgyor is seen.if 2 rays of white light very close to each other passes through a glass prism,will both vibgyors be coincident.if so ,why did not the colour change?

Spectrum of light:

When a white light ray is incident on the prism, then it splits into its constituent colours (VIBGYOR) which is said to spectrum.

If two rays which are close are incident on the prism, then then form two spectrums which focus at different regions so that they won't overlap.

So, there is no possibility of colour change
