If we add vectors that vectors are parallel then 4+5 =9
i.e. max vector addition is 9, direction will be in direction of vector 4 or 5
if they are anti parallel
then their summation will be
5-4 = 1
so minimum can be 1, direction will in direction of 5 or 4.
hence vector must be in between 1 and 9
hence 10 cannot be the resultant of these two vector
