  • Metal detectors are used for screening purpose in malls, airports, railway stations and any other public place where security is needed.
  • Also, they are employed in food processing industry to detect the presence of any metal in the edible products.
  • Metal detectors are also used in the mining industry to find precious metals buried in earth.
