The stress can be controlled or reduced by following the below-mentioned steps:​

● Exercise: Exercise or Running for 30 to 45 minutes at least three times a week reduces stress and keeps the body healthier.​

● Reading:​

It is a great way to calm your mind and to gain more knowledge.​

● Proper sleep schedule: Improving your sleep schedule also helps in reducing stress.​

● Practice Hobbies of your interest: ​

One should keep practising their hobbies as it helps in reducing the stress. Enjoy playing the guitar, piano or listening to music or doing riddles.

● Yoga: ​

Physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation is a combined mind practice called yoga.It will help in increasing flexibility and increasing muscle strength and tone. Improving respiration, energy and vitality.​

● Due to such activities we can overcome stress and improve mental as well as physical health.
