Stress can be controlled or reduced by following the below mentioned steps:-

1.Exercise:

Exercise is one of the most important thing that should be done in order to live a healthy life.

Regular exercise reduces anxiety, stress, tension, etc.

2.Proper sleep schedule:

Having a sound and timely sleep helps one to reduce the level of stress.

3.Yoga:

Yoga is a mind body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing and meditation or relaxation.

It helps to reduce stress by increasing flexibility, weight reduction, improved respiration and vitality.

4.Deep breathing:

Proper breathing habits helps one to relax and reduce stress.
