i) The transpiration affects the Stomata which opens during transpiration rather is closed ; the cuticle is the waxy layer on the plant which reduces the rate of transpiration more is the waxy layer slow is transpiration ; the low relative humidity is the factor which drives transpiration to greater aspect ; the temperature plays an important role in transpiration lower the temperature greater is the transpiration ; wind can also alter the rate of transpiration to some extent.

ii) the most important function of osmosis is establishing the internal environment of an organism by keeping the water and intercellular fluids level balanced . In all living organisms , nutrients and minerals make their way to the cells because of osmosis which is essential for survival.
