Briefly explain the following styles in leadership :
(i) Autocratic (ii) Democratic
(iii) Laissez-faire
(i) Autocratic: An autocratic leader has absolute authority and control who dictates policies and procedures of a business without obtaining any meaningful participation from his/her subordinates.
(ii) Democratic: A democratic leader encourages participation, relies on subordinates' knowledge and expertise for the completion of tasks and depends on subordination respect for influence.
(iii) Laissez-faire: Laissez-faire literally means "let them do", which further implies the intervention of any authority or guide or leader.
