1. Production of cotton: Farmers grows cotton in his field. He collects cotton from the cotton plant and sells it in the market.
2. Spun into yarns: The cloth is spun into yarns.
3. Weaving of cloth: Weavers weave cloth from the yarns. The weavers weave cloth as per the market demand. The weavers get yarn from the merchant, weave cloth from it and then supply cloth to the merchant.
4. Supplying to Garment manufacturing factory: The merchant supplies the cotton cloth to a garment manufacturing factory. In the factory the cloth is converted into shirts.
5. Selling into market: These made shirts that are manufactured are then sold into market.
