Bundle sheats cells are present in monocots or dicots? Or in both?

Dear student,

Both Monocot and Dicot leaf do possess bundle sheath. In monocot leaf the bundle sheath is made up of parenchyma cells however, the sclerenchymatous cells are present just above and below the vascular bundles.
While, In dicot leaf bundle sheath is also made up of parenchyma cells but here both parenchymatous cells and collenchymatous cells are present upto epidermis just above and below the vascular bundle.
