Open in App
Solution

Fist we draw a line YZ=4.8 cm
Make angle 90 at point Y ,And draw a line cut at point Y, YX =5 cm by compass
After that with compass make cut from point X ,4.8 cm and cut at point Z , 5 cm both cuts meeting at point W
Join W from X and Z we get rectangle XYZW
The perimeter of rectangle =2(4.8+5)=2×9.8=19.6cm
Then perimeter of square =19.6 cm sq cm
Then square root of perimeter of square =19.6=4.424
