By keeping potential difference same if we increase the resistance of a conductor what happens to the current flowing through it?

R=V/I
Therefore, resistance is inversely proportional to the current when V is constant.
Thus if we increase the resistance by keeping the potential difference constant, the current flowing through it will decrease.
