$V_{1} = 120 V$
$I_{1} = 2 A$
$V_{2} = 240 A$
$I_{2} = ?$
Resistance of heater coil $R = \frac{V_{1}}{I_{1}} = \frac{120}{2} = 60 Ω$
Now, According to Ohms' law,
$R = \frac{V_{2}}{I_{2}}$
$∴ I_{2} = R = \frac{V_{2}}{R} = \frac{240}{60} = 4 A$
